How to Pay

  1. The prices of the Products are expressed in Euros and include all applicable national taxes and/or taxes.

  2. The prices of the Products do not include delivery charges, the amount of which will be indicated to the Customer in the order summary; the total order amount does not include any costs arising from customs duties and related forms of taxation for shipments to non-EU countries. The aforementioned costs will therefore be borne by the buyer and must be paid upon delivery.

  3. The price of the Product will be the one indicated on the website at the time of the Purchase Order. Therefore, any price increases or decreases cannot be applied, even in correlation with promotional sales before or after the Purchase Order.

  4. The Customer will pay the full price of the ordered items according to the methods indicated in this section, simultaneously with the submission of the Purchase Order.

  5. The Customer can choose from the following payment methods:

    • PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL AND CREDIT CARD: By purchasing on this website, the Customer's financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date, personal data) will go directly to the bank responsible for the payment transaction through encrypted protocol. Our Site, nor any other entities, will never have access to it. You can pay comfortably and securely. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Postepay, and all major credit and debit cards in circulation. If you already have a PayPal account, log in with your email and password and confirm the payment. If you don't have a PayPal account, you can pay using your credit/prepaid card as an unregistered PayPal user: in this case, just select the card type, fill in the necessary details (the same required for credit card payment), and confirm the payment.

    • STRIPE: An innovative payment system that makes online money transactions more secure and easy to perform. Developed with a specific tool to verify payment flows and pay securely with high anti-fraud systems.

    • SCALAPAY: Scalapay is a payment installment service for online and in-store purchases. Active in Italy since 2019, Scalapay is a system that helps you with online purchases, with its buy now and pay later formula, or rather, pay in installments. The first installment is paid by the user directly at the time of purchase. The other two are debited monthly: the second one a month after the purchase date; the third two months after the purchase date.

    • KLARNA: Klarna is a payment installment service for online and in-store purchases. Founded in 2005, it is a system that helps you with online purchases, with its buy now and pay later formula, or rather, pay in installments. The first installment is paid by the user directly at the time of purchase. The other two are debited monthly: the second one a month after the purchase date; the third two months after the purchase date.

    • SATISPAY: Satispay is a web application, available for iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and Android smartphones, that allows you to pay in stores, exchange money with friends, buy services, and save money in a smart way.

    • POSTEPAY RECHARGE:

    • PAYMENT BY ADVANCE BANK TRANSFER: You can choose to pay by bank transfer. In this case, the dispatch of the ordered items will only take place upon the actual crediting to Our Site bank account, which must occur within 7 days from the date of order acceptance, after which the order is automatically considered canceled. The reason for the bank transfer must include the order identifier (for example, order no. 0001). To expedite order processing, you can send a copy of the transfer to our email address.       Our Site does not accept other forms of payment not specified. After payment, the customer will receive an email notification of our site correct receipt of the Purchase Order, and from that moment, the timing for order preparation and shipment will begin. Upon receipt of the email, the Customer and our site agree that the Purchase Order is considered irrevocable without prejudice to the right of withdrawal as described in the following Section 7 of the Sales Conditions.

    • CASH ON DELIVERY: You can choose to pay directly to the courier upon delivery by selecting the CASH ON DELIVERY option. This service incurs an additional charge of €10.00 on the overall order total. Note: Refusing the delivery of an order with cash on delivery payment incurs the debit of shipping costs unnecessarily incurred.
